國家工商總局近日出臺《關(guān)于深入推進(jìn)放管服多措并舉助力小型微型企業(yè)發(fā)展的意見》，要求從重點工作著手，切實履行好放管服職能，為小微企業(yè)提供精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)。加強事中事后監(jiān)管，營造小微企業(yè)健康發(fā)展的市場環(huán)境。全面推行雙隨機(jī)、一公開抽查制度，大力查處壟斷協(xié)議和濫用市場支配地位的壟斷案件，加強廣告監(jiān)管，加強消費維權(quán)，為小微企業(yè)公平參與競爭創(chuàng)造條件。鼓勵小微企業(yè)運用商標(biāo)提升品牌價值。立足職能引導(dǎo)小微企業(yè)增強商標(biāo)品牌意識，提高其商標(biāo)注冊、運用、管理與保護(hù)能力。意見還提出，要構(gòu)建共治格局，加強培訓(xùn)，加強小微企業(yè)黨組織建設(shè)，激發(fā)小微企業(yè)發(fā)展新活力，把服務(wù)小微企業(yè)工作做優(yōu)、做實、做細(xì)。
